We were approached to create a new residence for on an acreage piece of land. Upon our initial site visit, we were immediately struck by the exceptional location. It boasts nearly perfect orientation to capture breathtaking views and harness the power of passive design principles.

Our clients, who are deeply immersed in the art world, had a clear vision of a home that seamlessly blended with their lifestyle. They envisioned a space with expansive corridors, distinct zones that invited exploration, an architectural journey through various areas, the use of captivating materials, and ample room to showcase their cherished art collection.

This remarkable build encompasses a myriad of features, including a striking off-form concrete wall, generous wide corridors, soaring raking ceilings, a covered outdoor entertainment area that invites gatherings and the inclusion of two distinct living spaces.
